If you have an unserviceable flag, you can now drop it off at Sobie Meats and purchase a new one inside. The American Legion Post 1111 unveiled a new Flag Retirement Box during a small Veterans Day Ceremony, Wednesday November 11th, 2020.
Local businesses Horvath Design / HDFive, DeWys Manufacturing and Sobie Meats helped make this project a reality.
The new Flag Retirement Box will remain outside Sobie Meats, indefinitely. Another box is planned for Walker City Hall.
