In this notice will be our estimate of your 2018 assessed value, which is 50% of true cash value or fair market value. If you do not agree with our value, you have every right to appeal that value. Simply give us a call and we will schedule you a 15 minute appointment before the Board. When you come to your appeal, you should bring a copy of any evidence that helps you support your opinion of value (recent sale, recent appraisal, list of comparable sales, a list of issues/problems with your property, etc.).
The 2018 March Board of Review shedule:
- Monday, March 12, 2018 - 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Tuesday, March 13, 2018 - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Wednesday, March 14, 2018 - this date will only be used if the first two dates fill up
